Soak in warm water. Spend a few minutes under the shower or in the bath. The warm water softens your skin and opens up your pores, making the exfoliation more effective.

Gently Scrub, massage in circular motions. Start at your neck and work your way down, focusing on rough areas like elbows, knees, and heels. Use gentle, not harsh, pressure. The goal is to polish, not irritate, the skin. Rinse off thoroughly.
