FAQ

Why is my order taking so long? *Please take note that couriers do not deliver over weekends so should your parcel not arrive on a Friday, the next scheduled delivery will be on Monday. *Another reason will depend on the distance, especially outlying areas.

Are your products handmade? *Yes! All of our products are handmade in small batches before each re-stock to ensure fresh, long-lasting products.

Where are the products made? *All the products are made in Johannesburg, South Africa with ingredients from all over the local supplies.

Are your products vegan? *Of course! Our ingredients are 100% vegan

My body butter and Lip balm melted in transit, can I still use it? *Yes you can, the consistency will change but the ingredients are still effective to use.

Can I change or cancel my order? *Yes, please email bacosmetics31@gmail.com within 24hours of placing your order to amend it. However, if your product has already been processed, you will not be able to change or cancel your order.

How long can I use my products after opening? *Our products can last up to 12 months after opening. As long as they're kept in the recommended storage condition

Return Policy

If you have received the wrong item(s), please email/WhatsApp us with the picture proof. We accept returns within 7 days of the original delivery date. Due to the sensitive nature of our skincare formulations, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, sampled, or used.We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product shows any signs of use or damage that was not present upon delivery.

Delivery Policy

Express Affordable delivery rates start from R100.The fee depends on the size of the parcel and the distance between two delivery addresses. All orders are delivered within Door-to-Door courier service. Fast delivery within 24hrs in Gauteng and an average of 3-7 days nationwide. Make sure that there is someone to receive your parcel at your address. If your tracking information states that your package has been delivered and you haven't received your package or if your package is still in transit, you MUST take that up with the courier service. If you have received the wrong item(s), please email/WhatsApp us with the picture proof. If your package is shipped back due insufficient address, you have to pay for reshipment or you be issued a refund (not including shipping fee).
